Vinyasa Flow 30 minuten - Heb je geen tijd om naar de yogastudio te gaan voor je vinyasa yogales? Rol dan je mat uit om samen met mij een flow practice te doen. Vinyasa yoga is een dynamische vorm van yoga en is een van de meest voorkomende yogastijlen. Vinyasa staat ook wel bekend als 'flow yoga', omdat je op een soepele manier van de ene naar de andere houding beweegt op het ritme van je ademhaling. Dus rol je mat uit en let's start flowing! Ik ben Milou Turpijn: in mijn dagelijkse leven werk ik als de hoofdredacteur van Women’s Health. Toen ik op mijn 20ste in San Francisco voor het eerst een yogales volgde was ik direct hooked. Ik woonde op dat moment alleen in Amerika en vond het erg spannend om zo ver van huis te zijn. Yoga gaf mij rust en zorgde ervoor dat ik mij thuis kon voelen, ook al was ik zo ver weg van mijn familie en vrienden. Met mijn yoga youtube-kanaal wil ik yoga toegankelijk maken en laten zien dat iedereen (man of vrouw, stijve hark of Betty Spaghetti) baat heeft bij yoga. Dit betekent dat alle video's gratis op Youtube komen en mensen dit waar en wanneer ze willen kunnen volgen. Ik heb zelf een Teacher Training Vinyasa van 300 uur bij De Nieuwe Yogaschool gedaan en 100 uur Functional Yin bij Anat Geiger en Marcel van de Vis Heil. Ik combineer beide stijlen om mensen te helpen lekkerder in hun vel te zitten, dichter bij zichzelf te komen en vooral meer rust te ervaren in hun hoofd. Doe jij met me mee?

Dus heb je geen tijd om naar de yogastudio te gaan voor je vinyasa yogales, doe dan mee met deze les! Vinyasa yoga is een dynamische vorm van yoga en is een van de meest voorkomende yogastijlen. Vinyasa staat ook wel bekend als 'flow yoga', omdat je op een soepele manier van de ene naar de andere houding beweegt op het ritme van je ademhaling. Dus rol je mat uit en let's start flowing! Ik ben Milou Turpijn: in mijn dagelijkse leven werk ik als de hoofdredacteur van Women’s Health. Toen ik op mijn 20ste in San Francisco voor het eerst een yogales volgde was ik direct hooked. Ik woonde op dat moment alleen in Amerika en vond het erg spannend om zo ver van huis te zijn. Yoga gaf mij rust en zorgde ervoor dat ik mij thuis kon voelen, ook al was ik zo ver weg van mijn familie en vrienden. Met mijn yoga youtube-kanaal wil ik yoga toegankelijk maken en laten zien dat iedereen (man of vrouw, stijve hark of Betty Spaghetti) baat heeft bij yoga. Dit betekent dat alle video's gratis op Youtube komen en mensen dit waar en wanneer ze willen kunnen volgen. Ik heb zelf een Teacher Training Vinyasa van 300 uur bij De Nieuwe Yogaschool gedaan en 100 uur Functional Yin bij Anat Geiger en Marcel van de Vis Heil. Ik combineer beide stijlen om mensen te helpen lekkerder in hun vel te zitten, dichter bij zichzelf te komen en vooral meer rust te ervaren in hun hoofd. Doe jij met me mee?
